Job Description: As the Communication Specialist at Oswaal Books, you will lead the development and implementation of communications to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Development: Develop and execute communication aligned with Oswaal Books' overall business goals, target audience, and market dynamics.

2. Brand Messaging and Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels, including digital platforms, print media, events, and public relations activities.

3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various communication channels, such as press releases, social media posts, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.

4. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement integrated communication campaigns leveraging digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

5. Internal and External Communication: Prepare and edit organizational materials, including employee newsletters, publications, and standardized brochures, for both internal and external audiences. Implement effective internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement, alignment, and advocacy.

6. Advertising Evaluation: Collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization's public relations efforts.

7. Digital Content Management: Update and maintain the organization's digital content, including the website and other online platforms, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with communication strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Communication Specialist or similar role.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong understanding of various communication channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and public relations.
5. Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience with media relations, including drafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
