    Such a beneficial blog, would’ve liked it if you made your blogs a bit shorter. But I think this was short enough too. Yes, I think waking up at 4:00 a.m. is one of the best decisions you can make in your life, but you should have a consistent and satisfying sleep routine. Please don’t be an insomniac and put your career in front of your physical and mental health. I recommend going to bed at 8:30-9:00 or 8:50 is good for many people. And get 90 mins of exercise every week, whether it be running, going for a brisk walk, in the gym, aerobic exercise, callisthenics, etc. And have a balanced diet too. Have a protein source, vegetable source and carbs source in a meal. Take care of your mental health and manage stress. Don’t overthink about the things beyond your control. Practice stoicism as much as you can. Live a good life that you won’t regret. Cut out the bad habits (and procrastination) and be honest with yourself.
