Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
• Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products
• Providing solutions to clients for concerns raised by them
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those
• Follow-up with clients for reordering

• Well-versed in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.).
