Your Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via calls and emails.
Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the best suitable solution.
To engage, retain and improve customer service experience.
Resolve/Report customer issues by liaising with the internal team.
Draft responses for different types of customer issues.
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Monitor customer complaints on calls and social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Handling customer issues.
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
