Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Ed Tech Vertical as an Ed Tech Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational technology platform, coordination with various stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer support to our users. The Ed Tech Executive will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from content management to customer service, aimed at enhancing the user experience and driving the success of our Ed Tech offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate content uploads on the platform.
- Verify the quality and consistency of content, making necessary edits or adjustments as required.
Customer Support:
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally via various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Provide detailed explanations, solutions, or guidance to resolve user problems effectively.
Feedback and Follow-up:
- Conduct feedback calls to users who have purchased courses to gather their insights, assess their satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Document feedback and ensure it is communicated to the relevant teams for product enhancement.
Technical Proficiency:
- Maintain an understanding of the technology and tools used in the Ed Tech platform to provide effective assistance to users and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven success in the corporate sector.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good Command on Excel.
