Job Description: Our publishing house is looking for an experienced Franchise Network Manager to help us expand our business through the creation and management of a franchise network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a network of franchisees, ensuring the proper execution of franchise agreements, and providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees.
Responsibilities: • Develop a franchise network strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth objectives. • Identify potential franchisees and evaluate their qualifications and suitability. • Negotiate and execute franchise agreements with qualified franchisees. • Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure they are meeting the standards and expectations of the franchise system. • Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff. • Monitor franchisee performance and take corrective action when necessary. • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that franchisees have access to the resources and support they need to be successful. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in franchise network management.
