JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
Any Graduate preferably MBA with specialization in logistics/supply chain management, having 5 years plus experience.
KEY SET OF SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Excellent verbal and written English communication, Customer-focused, high energy & positive personality.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of strategic management and business planning.
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and database.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

AREAS
1 Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
2 Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
3 Ensure smooth dispatch operations and maintain efficient practice.
4 Meet 3PL obligations and targets within supply chain management.
5 Explore opportunity to open new warehouses/facilities in other states/cities as per business requirement.
6 Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
7 Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and mandates.
8 Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided including TAT.
9 Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, stock report etc)
