Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Oswaal Books
and Learning Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects,
and closing sales deals primarily through telephone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
3. Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage pipeline effectively.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of 3-10 years in inside sales or tele sales.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
