Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Process Excellence and Implementation Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing and implementing streamlined processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management. They will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Implementation of Best Practices: Design and implement best practices and standardized processes across departments to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, reduce cycle time, and improve overall performance metrics.

  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

  • Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to educate employees on new processes and ensure successful implementation.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand process requirements, gain buy-in for improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects and driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
