Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
· Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue and increase market share
· Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve performance and develop skills
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to achieve success
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience leading and training a tele sales team
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to motivate and lead a team to success
· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking software
