The words "success" and "hard work" are synonyms, and this has been proved widely by Indian talents. Especially when it comes to the dedication of a person trying to pursue an education.
An IIM grad student recently made it to the pinnacle of news after he posted about his journey of spending hours studying in the temple to prepare for his CAT exam.
One of the great examples that our motherland has is Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, whose valuable contributions have shaped India's present, future, and destiny.
Born in a family with poor background, facing discrimination and untouchability did not make him lose hopes but lightened his life with the ray of blooming the country with a bright future.
And what made him spearhead was his education path, determination, grit, and the strong desire to do something great in life.
Nevertheless, this is not the only example, and the list has infinite examples, but one thing that remains common is the value they put into their education despite facing tremendous hurdles no matter what the scenario looked like; their determination to excel in life has made them examples that are valued by every individual today.
And, inspiration and motivation that whatever problems life balls towards you, no one can take that opportunity from you if you have the will and desire to go ahead.
This echoes what JRD Tata said: I believe firmly that in this country of ours, where we have so many people who are not well-to-do, if you give them education, training, and opportunities, there is no reason why all of them should not make good citizens and useful members of society.
One of the things that are so inspiring about Indian culture is the dedication to hard work and education among its people.
Some of the greatest leaders and thinkers in history have come from India, despite their often humble beginnings. And today, one more student, Shubham Shankar Dubey, has proved this correct through his deeds.
It is often said that nothing great has ever been achieved without hard work and determination. Shubham, an aspiring student who recently passed from IIM Ahmedabad, has proved his mettle in this walk of life by going through hard and tough moments, sitting in the temple, and devoting his whole time to books owing to the preparation for the CAT exam, and spending countless nights studying.
But, what ultimately he has on his plate today can be seen as an undeniable virtue of hard work and determination. He added that getting the degree made him realize and relish every moment he had spent studying and struggling to mark his imprints on the path to success.
This student's determination is just one example of how hard work can pay off. It may seem like poor people struggle with getting an education in India, but that's not always true.
There are plenty of examples of people from all walks of life who were poor or rich but achieved great things through their efforts. It doesn't matter what someone's background is—only their determination and ability to put forth a great effort at the moment.
This story resonates with so many Indians: they can see themselves reflected in this student's dedication and desire for betterment through hard work alone. Hard work is the only way to achieve success in life.
And best of all? He's not alone in this feat; many students in India are working incredibly hard to get ahead even without much money or resources. We think that's something worth celebrating about India!
