The prices displayed on our website for all the items are final and fully inclusive. You pay the exact amount you see on the website. However, separate delivery charges are employed depending on the weight of the books being couriered in your order. 

At Oswaal Books, we don’t accept payment for online orders via Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Order. On the other hand, For bulk orders, we accept payments via Demand Draft / Cheque / Net Banking. 

As a company policy, we do not provide an option for Cash on Delivery. 

At, we do not collect or receive your credit card information. This is collected directly on the Bank’s payment gateway. If you believe that your credit card has been compromised, then please immediately report the incident to your card-issuing bank. 


To provide you a worry-free shopping experience on , we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (also mentioned on our books) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.

If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email us at order@oswaalbooks.comfor a replacement. We will guide you about how to receive refund or issue a replacement. 

In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • You need to just drop an email at
  • Mention your order number (For Ex-OB12345-s) in email
  • State the reason for cancellation in email
  • Customer care will assist you to cancel the order
  • Once your cancellation request is emailed, we will revert & confirm via email. 

Once we receive your package with the product in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days of product inspection. The receipt of the refund would solely depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. To simplify the timeline, here is some quick help.

With respect to the transfers made by Debit card and Credit card, the time taken for the refund finally depends on the designated bank in charge.  

You can return a torn/damaged book within a time period of 7 to 10 days of receipt of the book. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and wish to return the merchandise as per our Returns Policy, you do not have to pay any courier charges for the return shipment. We will reimburse the additional return shipping charges to the customer. 

We take great care to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, sometimes orders may get mixed up. Fedex India is our logistics partner. Incase, your area pincode supports Fedex courier, your books are sent via Fedex courier. Incase, your area pincode doesn’t have courier facility, we will ship your books via India Post / Book Post / Speed Post.

Oswaal Books is proud to announce that we deliver our books worldwide. There is a minimal international shipping fee, charged as per weight of the books ordered. 

Our trusted logistic partner is FedEx India. Incase, your area pincode doesn’t have courier service, we send all the parcels via India Post (Book Post/Speed Post). 

Typically all deliveries are completed within 3 to 7 working days post shipment.

Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time frame. However, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, due to poor logistics and connectivity. 

We at Oswaal Books always strive to ship your entire order at the earliest. In some cases, however, some books may not be ready to ship immediately and so we may ship a partial order. We enclose a note along with part order & mention details of pending book to be sent along with expected date of delivery of pending order. The remaining books shall typically be shipped as soon as they become available. 

In such situations, you will have to place multiple orders for multiple addresses. Typically, we can’t ship one order to multiple addresses.

Our shipping charges vary based on factors such as number of books ordered, type of books ordered, weight of books ordered and delivery destination.
