NCERT books are considered to be one of the most important book for the preparation of the board examination. One preparing for boards has to ensure that all the contents in the books are properly read and revised by him/her.
One of the most positive thing about the NCERT is that its content is well explained and simple in the form of self-explanatory manner which a student find easy learn and understand.

One has to be ready for any type of question which can be asked in the examination to secure a good rank. For this, one has to prepare topic wise note of questions from each chapter.
Solve them and analyze their solutions. After going through so many school tests and NCERT exercises questions, it will be easy for one to predict some of the most likely questions which can be asked in the board examination.
This can help one in many ways. One is while solving the questions prepared by self, deep revision is done of the important topics. Secondly, one can also learn the correct way to build an answer.
Writing practice must be done while solving the questions. Because marks are provided on the basis of the structure of the answer. Question should be divided on the basis of marks they provide.
Long questions should be given more importance because they form bulk of the question paper and can help you score maximum of marks. There should be a different section for one word answers and definitions too.
SOLVING SAMPLE PAPERS WITH PROPER TIME MANAGEMENT:
Some say, practice makes a man perfect. For students preparing for board examination, nothing can be better than solving sample papers.
Many teachers and principals always recommend sample papers for the last minute preparation because they help in two ways. One, they help students to overcome the fear, stress and anxiety of the examination.

There has been a growing concern among the students is that how will they able to write lengthy answers for the subjective questions that too without offline classes.
Students are not clear enough with their basics in order to write value points according to the question. A self-evaluation chart is very important for one to improve the structure of the answer so that they don’t lose marks unnecessarily.
One can practice their sample papers and then evaluate their shortcomings with the help of the self-evaluating charts. They will help students in identifying the missing points in the answer or correcting the important steps.
Prepare a self-evaluation chart similar to that of CBSE paper checklist style. It can be easily found on the internet.
CBSE has published a marking scheme document to help the teachers how students should answer the question in order to attain the required marks.
It will help the student in rectifying their own mistakes and assess them to build up their weakness.
Last moments before the examination can be very stress full. It is a probability that one might panic due to feeling of incomplete revision due to shortage of time. It can be used as a period of consolidation.
Discussing weak topics with friends appearing for the same examination can help one in building up confidence. Reviewing summaries and short notes rather than the whole text book can help one in managing time and revising properly.
It is not possibly feasible to go through all the long notes altogether just before the examination. Avoid using technologies for the means of education as much as possible. Use pen and paper and focus on hand written notes.
