We are looking for a talented and results driven Inside Sales Executive/Telemarketing Specialist (Priority will be given to Female candidates) with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong passion for achieving sales targets. With a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, the Tele sales/Telemarketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting our products/services to potential clients and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from generate leads, cold calls, and prospect lists.
- Introduce and present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights for improved sales strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education/ University degree in business administration, sales, commerce or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably within [relevant industry/sector].
Strong verbal communication skills, fluency in English Communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone effectively.
