Job Profile: Organic Growth Manager - Lil Legends
Location: Noida
Experience: 3- 5 years in SEO, content marketing, or digital growth (preferably in parenting, education, or D2C)
Role Overview:
As the Organic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling Lil Legends presence through non-paid digital channels. From SEO-optimized blog content and educational newsletters to website optimization and CRM journeys your work will drive brand discovery, build trust with parents, and fuel long-term customer engagement. You'll collaborate closely with the editorial, community, and e-commerce teams to align messaging, voice, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1- SEO & Content Strategy

Build and execute a strong SEO roadmap for the Lil Legends website and blog.
- Identify high-potential keywords in the parenting, early education, and child development space.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create informative, engaging, and discoverable content.
2- Website Optimization
- Continuously improve on-site content structure, internal linking, and metadata for better visibility
- Optimize landing pages for conversions and performance (D2C, lead generation, etc.)
3- Blog & Educational Content
- Manage a parenting and early education blog aligned with the brands tone and product vision.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal trends, and community interests.
4- Email & CRM Marketing
- Design and run nurturing journeys for subscribers from welcome emails to product storytelling and educational tips.
- Segment audiences and personalize communication to improve open and click-through rates.
5- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to track and report on growth KPIs.
- Regularly assess content performance, keyword ranking, and user behavior to improve strategy.
6- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the influencer/community team to amplify high-performing content.
- Align messaging with product team and editorial lead to maintain consistency.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in organic growth or SEO-led marketing.
- Strong writing instincts and understanding of parent-first, helpful content.
- Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Uber suggest, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Search Console, and email marketing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for storytelling and community relevance.
