1. Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, lead generation, and market analysis. Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's printing and publishing services, including print materials, publishing options, and customization capabilities. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our products and services.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet clients' specific printing and publishing needs.
4. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients. Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitable sales.
5. Order Management: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to clients.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate regular sales reports for management.
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing and publishing industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English Language.
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
