Why were the dates of exams postponed?

On 6 April 2022, the national testing Agency released the notification that "JEE 2022 exams are postponed". Since it's not the first time, the dates were postponed 2 times before this announcement. Now from the recent updates it is conducted that the exams are going to be held in June and July.

And the other secondary reasons are that they are not yet prepared for their exams. Since they are not having the appropriate time to focus on their studies.
The JEE Mains were held in four sessions last year. The authorities, on the other hand, have returned to the old format this year. There are two papers in the Joint Entrance Examination-Main.
The first paper is for admission to BE and B.Tech undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs, IIITs, and other centrally financed technical institutions, as well as institutions and universities funded and recognised by participating state governments.
