No, we don’t provide free books to students. We do provide free study resources to ease out the learning process- https://oswaalbooks.com/pages/free-resources. The free resources include revision notes, mind maps, solved papers, and self-assessment papers. 

No, the cash on delivery option isn’t available on our website. We offer multiple online payment methods: Credit card and Debit card (including American Express), Net Banking, various E-Wallets like Freecharge, PayZapp, Itz Cash, OlaMoney, PhonePe, Google Pay.

Once we receive your package with the product in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days of product inspection. The receipt of the refund would solely depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. To simplify the timeline, here is some quick help.

With respect to the transfers made by Debit card and Credit card, the time taken for the refund finally depends on the designated bank in charge.  

You can return a torn/damaged book within a time period of 7 to 10 days of receipt of the book.
