In the last five years, you will be amazed to witness that students who take the NEET-UG exam in the Hindi language have approximately got more than doubled.

Earlier only 1.2 lakh students were there who opted to give the NEET exam in Hindi in the year 2017. But, this year has recorded a significant rise and there are approximately 2.5 lakh candidates who have chosen their exam medium as Hindi.

Not only Hindi is the one language that has observed a significant increase in the NEET exam, but there are other local languages also that are gaining significant popularity in the NEET UG exam.

After Hindi, Gujarati lies in the second place of preferred language with 50,000 candidates further followed by Bengali with 42,000 and Tamil will approximately 31,800 candidates.

 

NEET-UG exam registration state-wise highest registration

Students from all across the country burn their midnight oil to sit for the NEET-UG exam.

A large number of candidates have registered for the exam and as per the state-wise statistics, Maharashtra has recorded the highest registration rate with over 2.5 lakh candidates.

Besides that, UP has also recorded a great number of registrations with 2.1 lakh candidates. In addition to these two states, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu are also on the peak level in terms of registrations.

You must be wondering if these are the states with the highest number of registered candidates then these states will also be the most opted for the exam centers.

But, this is not the case!

The three highly preferable exam locations are Kota, Patna, and Jaipur.
