How to register for NTA JEE Main Exam 2024?
Step 1. Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, go to 'Candidate Activity' tab and click on the JEE 2024 registration link
Step 3. Register yourself and generate the login credentials
Step 4. Now, login using the same details and fill out the application form
Step 5. Upload all the required documents and pay the registration fees
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference
Mode of Examination
JEE (Main) - 2024 will be administered using the following methods:
a) Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) will be exclusively conducted in the "Computer Based Test (CBT)" mode.
b) For Paper 2A (B. Arch), Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) will be in the "Computer Based Test (CBT)" format, while the Drawing Test (Part-III) will be administered in a pen and paper (offline) mode. The Drawing Test must be completed on an A4-sized drawing sheet.
c) Paper 2B (B. Planning) will involve Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III), all of which will be conducted in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode exclusively.
Eligibility Criteria
There is no age limit for candidates eligible to take the JEE Main 2024 exam. Candidates who have successfully completed their Class 12 or its equivalent examination in 2022 or 2023, as well as those scheduled to take the exam in 2024, are eligible to participate in the examination.
