What Factors Influence the Safe Score in IPMAT?
Several elements play a role in determining the safe score:

How Can I Achieve a Safe Score in IPMAT?
So, to do well in IPMAT, what one needs is proper planning and organization. Focus on the following:
• Quantitative Aptitude: High weightage and often the deciding factor.
• Verbal Ability: One of the best sections by which you can easily improve your scores.
• Logical Reasoning (for IIM Rohtak): This is a very important section and one must practice this section to the core.
Solving IPMAT PYQs or the previous year questions is one of the best strategies to get a clear idea about the test format and the kind of questions that may be asked. To the best of my knowledge, solving IPMAT PYQs improves the speed and accuracy in a better way.
Which Resources Should I Use for Preparation?
We are not recommending any book here, but it is imperative that students choose the best IPMAT preparation books that contain all sections namely, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning (for IIM Rohtak).
Also, solving through the IPMAT books containing practice papers, mock tests, and sectional tests is very helpful for the preparations. Do not limit yourself to one source, but rather use several IPMAT preparation books and IPMAT PYQs to avoid getting a one-sided view.
Achieving a safe score in IPMAT means you will be shortlisted, but it is not the end of the game. Thus, the approach that entails solving IPMAT PYQs, reading from good IPMAT books and revising from the selected IPMAT preparation books is the most balanced way.
