Qualification : Master degree in the subjects you are applying for .

Required Experience: 

• 7-10 years of Experience in Coaching institutes for SSC, Railway Recruitment Board .
• Previous experience of 4-5 years for content creator or content developer for SSC, RRB, IBPS/SBI PO books with other publishers or ed-tech companies
• Must have appeared in Examination of SSC, IBPS, SBI PO or RRB & cleared 1^st stage in any of the examination

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be involved in creation, curation, review, quality control and validation of developed content.

• With strong knowledge, understanding and expertise in the specified subjects, SMEs should be the

content quality checkpoints in the organisation.

• Conceptual understanding of how students learn should be top-notch, specifically in their respective subject areas.

• They should be experts in solving questions both from text books and other sources in a systematic manner for various levels of complexity.

• They should provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language and overall quality of the books by the way of videos, training modules, etc.

• Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.

• Self-motivated team player.

• Adept to work in a fast-paced environment, following TATs and tight schedules
