LEAD- INSIDE SALES
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the day-to-day inside sales department operations & manage the entire Sales Admin process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in sales, Business Administration or similar
relevant field.
KEY SET OF SKILLS /
EXPERIENCE
Leadership, Sales Planning, Knowledge of CRM systems, Inbound Sales,
Goal- setting, strong analytical skills,
Key Requirements ➢ 6-8 yrs of proven working experience as an Inside Sales
Manager
➢ Hands on Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
➢ In-depth understanding of the sales process
➢ Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management
skills
➢ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a
team

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SNO. AREAS
1. Manage and oversee the work of the inside sales representatives team & evaluate performance.
2. Coach, train, monitor & mentor sales representatives efficiency and day-to-day goals.
3. Set and track sales targets and KPIs
4. Execute sales analysis and prepare sales reports
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
6. Generate leads to increase customer engagement
7. Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
8. Address and efficiently resolve complaints and customers issues.
9. Maintaining records of all leads generated and actual sales.
