MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily operations activities, ensuring
timely and efficient dispatch of resources and personnel, and maintaining clear and effective
communication with internal and external stakeholders.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION A Bachelor's degree in an field.
KEY SET OF SKILLS /
Proven experience in operations dispatch or similar role, preferably in a fast-
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to
effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
1. Receive and process dispatch requests from internal and external customers
2. Schedule and dispatch personnel and resources, including vehicles and equipment, to meet customer needs
and ensure efficient utilization of resources
3. Monitor and manage daily dispatch activities, including real-time tracking of personnel and resources
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatched resources and personnel, including availability and
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and safety, to ensure seamless operations and
adherence to company policies and procedures
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process improvement projects to enhance operational
