Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Female Tele sales/Telemarketing Specialist with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong passion for achieving sales targets. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, the Tele sales/Telemarketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting our products/services to potential clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from generate leads, cold calls, and prospect lists.
Introduce and present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Listen to customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements.
Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights for improved sales strategies.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education/ University degree in business administration, sales, commerce or any other relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably within [relevant industry/sector].
Strong verbal communication skills, fluency in [local language (Kannada OR Tamil)], and the ability to engage customers over the phone effectively. Candidates who do not know local language do not apply.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using sales-related tools.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
