  1. Take an immersion rod which is water heating and connect that rod to the socket which on the other hand is connected to the regulator. It Is important to understand that a regulator controls the amount of current flowing through a device.
  2. We have to keep the pointer of the regulator on the minimum and when a certain amount of water is heated then count the time taken by the immersion rod to heat a certain amount of water.
  3. In the next step increase the pointer of the regulator to the next level and after this count the time taken by the immersion rod to heat the same amount of water that was taken previously.
  4. For counting the time, repeat the above step for higher levels on the regulator.
