NEET Syllabus 2027 — Overview
The NEET UG 2026 Syllabus has been officially released by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and published on December 22, 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the exam based on this syllabus. There are no new changes to the NEET syllabus for 2026 — the revised syllabus implemented in 2024 (based on NCERT rationalisation) remains valid.
The syllabus covers topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) from Classes 11 and 12 NCERT textbooks. With approximately 79–97 chapters across all subjects, NEET demands thorough conceptual preparation.
